Acceptable Use Policy

The rules for sending through ALAbrish: consent, content and conduct standards, fair use, and what happens when they are broken.

Effective 28 October 2026 · ALAbrish Technologies FZCO

  1. 1.Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets the boundaries for using the ALAbrish platform. It protects recipients from unwanted messaging, protects our customers' sending reputation, and keeps our channel connections in good standing. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

The messaging channels we connect to enforce their own rules and can suspend a sender at any time. Following this policy is how you stay on the right side of both our requirements and theirs.

  2. 2.Consent is mandatory

    • Message only recipients who have given clear, affirmative, documented opt-in for the channel you are using.
    • Do not treat consent on one channel as consent on another, and do not treat a purchase alone as marketing consent.
    • Keep evidence of when, where and how each opt-in was captured, and produce it on request.
    • Never buy, rent, scrape or otherwise acquire contact lists from third parties.
    • Honour every opt-out immediately and permanently, across all campaigns.
  3. 3.Prohibited content

You must not use the platform to send, host or link to:

    • Unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading material, including phishing and impersonation of another person or brand.
    • Malware, ransomware, spyware or links intended to compromise a recipient's device or accounts.
    • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content inciting violence or discrimination.
    • Sexually explicit material, child sexual abuse material, or content sexualising minors in any way.
    • Content infringing another party's copyright, trade mark or other rights.
    • Promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or unlicensed gambling and financial products.
    • Unsubstantiated medical, health or financial claims, or anything presenting an investment as risk-free.
  4. 4.Prohibited conduct

    • Sending unsolicited bulk messages, or disguising a marketing message as a transactional or service notification.
    • Circumventing channel template approval, messaging windows, quality ratings or rate limits.
    • Spreading sending across multiple numbers or accounts to evade limits, blocks or quality penalties.
    • Reverse engineering, probing or load-testing the platform without our written permission.
    • Reselling or white-labelling access without a signed partner agreement.
    • Sharing account credentials, or allowing access by anyone not bound by these rules.
    • Using the platform to build or train a competing product or model.
  5. 5.Automated and AI messaging

Where a conversation is handled by a bot or AI assistant, do not claim it is a human being. Offer a clear route to a person for anything consequential, and review AI-generated output before relying on it for advice with legal, financial, medical or safety implications. You remain responsible for everything sent from your workspace, whether a person or an automation composed it.

  6. 6.Fair use and system integrity

Plan limits, documented rate limits and reasonable concurrency apply to all accounts. Do not take deliberate action that degrades the platform for others, such as uncontrolled retry loops or bulk operations designed to exhaust shared capacity. If you expect an unusual spike, tell us in advance and we will help you plan it.

  7. 7.Reporting abuse

If you receive a message sent through ALAbrish that you believe breaches this policy, report it to ceo@alabrishtechnologies.com with the sender details, the message and the time received. We investigate every report and will act on the sender's account where a breach is confirmed.

  8. 8.Enforcement

Depending on severity we may warn the account owner, require corrective action, throttle or suspend sending, disconnect a channel, or terminate the agreement. Serious cases, particularly those involving illegal content or risk to people, may be suspended without prior notice and reported to the relevant channel provider or authority.

We will tell you what we found and what we need from you wherever it is lawful and safe to do so, and restore service once the issue is resolved.
