Accessibility Statement
The standard we build to, what we have done so far, the limitations we know about, and how to tell us about a barrier.
Effective 28 October 2026 · ALAbrish Technologies FZCO
1.Our commitment
ALAbrish Technologies FZCO wants everyone to be able to use our website and platform, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, speech input or reduced-motion settings.
We treat accessibility as part of building the product rather than a retrofit, and we would rather hear about a barrier than have someone quietly give up.
2.Standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is a target we actively work towards rather than a certification we claim to hold: parts of the site meet it today and parts do not.
We are being deliberately plain about that, because an unqualified claim of full conformance would be misleading.
3.What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure with landmarks and a logical heading order on every page.
- Keyboard access to navigation, menus, forms and the chat assistant, with visible focus states.
- Text and interface colours checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios on our light and dark surfaces.
- Alternative text on meaningful images, and empty alt attributes on purely decorative ones so screen readers skip them.
- Form fields with associated labels, and errors reported in text rather than by colour alone.
- Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference, which disables our entrance animations and the intro sequence.
- Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide and up to 200% zoom.
4.Known limitations
We would rather list these than let you discover them.
- The animated intro sequence on first visit is decorative; it honours reduced-motion settings but can still be distracting at default settings.
- Some marketing illustrations carry meaning that is only partly conveyed by their alternative text.
- Complex analytics charts inside the product are not yet fully exposed to screen readers; underlying figures are available as data tables on request.
- A small number of older interface components have inconsistent focus-trap behaviour in modals.
- Third-party embedded content, such as a payment form, follows its provider's accessibility rather than ours.
5.Assistive technology we test with
We test with recent versions of NVDA and JAWS on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, TalkBack on Android, and keyboard-only navigation in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. We cannot test every combination, and we are glad to hear about problems in setups we have missed.
6.Reporting a barrier
If something on our website or platform is difficult or impossible to use, email ceo@alabrishtechnologies.com with the subject "Accessibility". Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology, browser and operating system you were using.
We acknowledge accessibility reports within 2 business days and will give you a realistic timeframe for a fix. Where a fix will take time, we will offer a workaround or provide the information you need by another route.
7.Alternative ways to reach us
