1.What we own

The ALAbrish platform, its source code, user interface, design system, illustrations, documentation and the ALAbrish name and logo are the property of ALAbrish Technologies FZCO or its licensors, protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property law in the United Arab Emirates and internationally.

Your subscription grants a limited right to use the service. It does not transfer ownership of anything described above.

2.What you own

You keep all rights in the content, contact data, templates and campaigns you create or upload. We claim no ownership over them. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process and transmit that content in order to run the service for you, as set out in the Terms of Service.

Feedback and suggestions you send us are an exception: we may use those freely to improve the product, without obligation or attribution.

3.Using our brand

• You may state factually that you use ALAbrish, and refer to us by name in plain text.
• You may use our logo in a customer list or case study with our prior written permission.
• Do not alter, recolour, stretch, crop or reconstruct the logo, or combine it with your own mark.
• Do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests partnership, endorsement or certification that does not exist.
• Do not register domains, social handles, app names or trade marks containing "ALAbrish" or a confusingly similar term.
• Do not use our brand in paid search advertising against our own name.

4.Third-party marks

WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Meta are trade marks of Meta Platforms. Telegram is a trade mark of Telegram Messenger. TikTok is a trade mark of ByteDance. Other product and company names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners.

We reference these marks only to describe the channels and integrations our platform supports. Such reference is nominative fair use and does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those companies. The names of competitors used on our comparison pages are likewise used only for honest comparative purposes.

5.Reporting infringement

If you believe content hosted or transmitted through our platform infringes your copyright or trade mark, send a notice to the address below and we will investigate promptly.

• Identify the work or mark you say has been infringed, and your rights in it.
• Identify the allegedly infringing material precisely enough for us to locate it.
• Give your name, postal address, email address and telephone number.
• State that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• State that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
• Sign the notice, physically or electronically.

6.Where to send a notice

Email ceo@alabrishtechnologies.com with the subject "Copyright notice", or write to ALAbrish Technologies FZCO, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Please note that a knowingly false claim of infringement may expose you to liability. If you are unsure whether a use is infringing, take legal advice before sending a notice.

7.Our response and counter-notice

On receiving a valid notice we will review it, and where appropriate remove or disable access to the material and notify the account responsible. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send us a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement of your good-faith belief that it was removed in error. We will pass it to the complainant and may restore the material if they do not pursue the matter.

8.AI-generated content

Some imagery on this website was produced with generative AI tools. We hold or have licensed the rights needed to publish it. Suggested replies, summaries and chatbot answers generated for you inside the platform are yours to use; you are responsible for reviewing them before they are sent, including for any third-party rights they may touch.
